Our cancellation policy requires that patients give us 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Late cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee. We do this because we value our time and because we often have a waiting list of patients who can fill a vacancy with enough notice. We do understand, however, that at times appointments do need to be cancelled at late notice due to circumstances beyond one's control and we do, of course, take this into account.
